Refer a Friend to Results Based Coaching
Clients of Results Based Coaching may refer friends and family to our Richland, WA studio in exchange for tiered rewards, including session credits, merchandise, and gift cards. Referral eligibility and rewards are outlined below.
How the Referral Program Works
Referring a friend to Results Based Coaching follows a simple, four-step process. Rewards are issued once eligibility requirements are met.
Step 1
Become an Active Client
Current clients enrolled in any Results Based Coaching program are eligible to participate in the referral program.
Step 2
Submit Your Referral
Provide your friend's name and contact information through our contact form, or have them mention your name when they schedule their first studio tour.
Step 3
Referral Completes a Trial Visit
Your referral must complete an initial studio tour or trial session and enroll in a program for the referral to qualify.
Step 4
Receive Your Reward
Once enrollment is confirmed, our team will apply your reward — a session credit, discount, merchandise item, or gift card — to your account.
Referral Rewards & Pass Options
Rewards are issued in tiers based on the number of successful referrals. Passes are available for clients who wish to gift a trial experience directly.
1 Referral: Session Discount
Receive a percentage discount toward your next month of coaching once your first referral enrolls in a program.
2 Referrals: Free Session
Earn a complimentary coaching session added to your account after your second successful referral completes enrollment.
3 Referrals: Studio Merchandise
Receive Results Based Coaching branded merchandise after a third qualifying referral joins any of our programs.
4+ Referrals: Gift Card
Clients who refer four or more new members become eligible for a gift card reward, redeemable toward future coaching or studio purchases.
Available Pass Options for Gifting
- Single-session guest passes, available for gifting to a referred friend or family member for their first visit.
- Week-long trial passes, allowing a referral to experience multiple small-group sessions before enrolling.
- Studio tour passes, which include a facility walkthrough and a movement assessment consultation.
Eligibility: passes may be requested by any active client in good standing. Redemption requires the referred guest to schedule their visit within 30 days of receiving the pass. Contact our team to confirm current terms before gifting.
